How Our Network Works
Request an estimate

Who Gets Back to You
Limitsupported Walk-In Tubs does not send a crew to your door. When you request an estimate, an independent local provider in our network follows up. That provider is a separate business. They do the site visit, the quote, and the work.
What a Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. Have the answers ready.
- What is the bathroom size, and where is the tub now?
- Do you want a walk-in tub, a walk-in shower, or help choosing?
- Who will use it, and do they need a seat, a bench, or room for a walker?
- How old is the home, and what is under the floor?
A tape measure and a few photos help a lot.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Know where to stop. You can measure and choose. The provider handles plumbing, drains, and sealing. Ask these:
- Are you licensed and insured here? A good answer names the details and offers proof. A red flag is a vague reply.
- Will you visit before quoting? Good providers want to see the room. Be wary of a firm price sight unseen.
- What does the quote include? Look for removal, drain work, and cleanup in writing.
- Who does the work? Ask if it is their own crew or a subcontractor.
- What if you find a surprise behind the wall? A clear plan beats a shrug.
Pressure to sign today is a red flag. Walk away from it.
You Stay in Charge
You can ask for more than one estimate. You can say no. Get it in writing before any work starts, and read it twice.
