Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2026
Limitsupported Walk-In Tubs wants limitsupported.living to work well for everyone, including older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains how we approach that. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
Our practices include efforts to:
- Use clear headings in a sensible reading order
- Give images that carry meaning a text description
- Keep text large and color contrast strong
- Make each page work with a keyboard
- Lay out pages to read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple words
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet meet these guidelines. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We check the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@limitsupported.living and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us on your behalf.
Tell Us What Is Hard
Let us know where the site gives you trouble and we will take a look. Email contact@limitsupported.living and tell us:
- Which page or feature caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you hoped would happen
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share that
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. As we update the site, we will keep making it better.
