Limitsupported Walk-In Tubs wants everyone who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to speak up and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • How your call or message to Limitsupported Walk-In Tubs went
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we matched you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work in your home, it often helps to take it up with the provider first and keep a written record.

Still, tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Limitsupported Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Write to Us

Send an email to contact@limitsupported.living and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you have it
  • What happened and what outcome you want from us

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Settled?

If our reply does not solve things, answer our email and ask for another review. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
